This 55 unit modular condo was constructed from 40 prefabricated modules, ranging from 629 sq. ft to 1029 sq. ft, that were constructed off-site, under controlled indoor conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – but in about half the time. This allows for the building and site work to be completed simultaneously and in 30% - 50% sooner than traditional construction. Once together and sealed, the modules become one integrated wall, floor and roof assembly.
Modular buildings are required to meet the same building codes as traditional construction. That means that you get the same quality, durability, and longevity with modular buildings as you would with conventional construction.
